Types of Submissions Accepted

1. Original Research

This type of Qapsule article focuses on original research conducted independently, affiliated with Queen's, or with other institutions. 

2. Qapture 

Whether it be ethics, law, or policy, articles must provide insight into significant social, political, or economic issues related to health sciences.

3. Critical Reviews 

This type of article provides a thoughtful critique and review of a relevant health sciences topic.

4. Opinion

This type of article explores contrasting perspectives and provide educated opinions on contemporary health sciences topics

Course Papers Acceptable for Submission: 

  • ​HSCI 59X Research

  • LISC 49X Research

  • Independent Research Papers

Ineligible Course Papers: 

  • HSCI 270 Critical Appraisals

  • BCHM 270/370 Disease Papers

  • PHGY Assignments

  • MICR 290 Lab Reports

  • GLPH/IDIS Assignments
